Ruchelle Pride is Founder and CEO of The Relationship Architect. She is an award-winning public servant leader, Certified Professional Life Coach, Aggression Replacement Training Facilitator (ART), QPR Suicide Gatekeeper with specialized training in the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) practicum. Ruchelle is also a Restorative Practices Scholar with intentional expertise in coaching and relationship building with adults, children, and families. 

As a Certified Diversity Executive and consultant, Ruchelle is dedicated to the improvement of climate and culture in both the private and public sectors. She is transformational in training organizations and their teams in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion while providing strategies for engagement and implementation focused on improving people experience and organizational growth.

Ruchelle's happiest achievement is being a mother to her sons who encourage her to be greater every day in her pursuit of people and placing greater humility in humanity!
